These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for students enrolling in our Yoga Teacher Training Course. By registering for our program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Course Registration & Payment

• To confirm a spot in the course, students must complete the online registration form and pay the required non-refundable deposit.
• The balance fee must be settled upon arrival at the school, prior to the commencement of the training.
• Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other available payment gateways.

2. Eligibility & Health Requirements

• The minimum age for joining is 18 years.
• Students should be in a state of physical and mental health that allows them to participate fully in yoga practices.
• Students with pre-existing medical conditions or injuries must inform the school in advance and may be required to provide a medical clearance letter from a physician.
• The school holds no responsibility for injuries or health complications that arise due to undisclosed conditions.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

• The deposit is strictly non-refundable. However, it can be transferred to another training within 12 months of the original booking date.
• If a student chooses to leave the course after arrival for any personal reason, no refund will be granted.
• In the unlikely event that the school cancels the course, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.

4. Accommodation & Meals

• The training fee includes shared or private accommodation (as chosen) and three daily sattvic vegetarian meals.
• Extra days outside of the official course dates will be charged separately.
• Students must respect and maintain cleanliness in their rooms and common areas.

5. Attendance & Certification

• Students must attend all classes, workshops, and activities as per the schedule.
• Only in cases of illness or emergencies may absences be excused.
• To receive the 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, students must successfully complete all assignments, practical teaching sessions, and final assessments.

6. Discipline & Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to respect teachers, staff, fellow students, and local culture.
• The use of alcohol, drugs, smoking, and non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited within the campus.
• Disruptive behavior, harassment, or repeated violations of school policies may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

7. Liability & Insurance

• The school will not be held responsible for any loss of property, injuries, or medical conditions that occur during the course.
• Students are encouraged to arrange their own health, accident, and travel insurance before arrival.

8. Visa & Travel Arrangements

• Students are responsible for obtaining a valid tourist visa and ensuring their travel documents are in order.
• The school provides invitation/supporting letters if required but is not liable for visa rejections or travel delays.

9. Changes to Schedule

• The school reserves the right to modify class timings, teachers, or schedules in case of unforeseen circumstances while ensuring the quality of training.
